The Dickinson College COP15 student delegation is a group of 15 students selected from a competitive and diverse applicant pool. Outstanding students from across the curriculum were chosen based on their ability to create impact, learn collaboratively, understand and communicate climate change, and the articulation of diverse personal goals.  With individual goals ranging from public skills orientation to climate change science, the delegation relays the strength of our institution as committed to the challenging work necessary to solve climate change.

Ithaca College: International Environmental Policy

Picture
International Environmental Policy is one of over 15 environmental studies courses offered by the newly created Department of Environmental Studies and Science at Ithaca College.  The 20 students in this class represent many areas of study at IC, and represent four schools within (Humanities and Sciences, Business, Health Science & Human Performance, and Communications).  Although they all have different background and majors of study, the students are united by the common goal of building awareness of environmental issues across campus. After a successful "350 event" this past month they are ready to take on the UN Climate Change Conference!  Keep an eye out for the class in the coming weeks as they build awareness of the growing climate crisis.
